MINERALS

Of the wide variety of mineral production to come out of Nevada, the state produces roughly 75% of the total US gold production and leads the nation in barite and gypsum productions. Outside of these materials, Nevada has produced significant amounts of silver, copper, iron, magnesite, lithium, sepiolite, saponite, limestone, sand, gravel, diatomite, molybdenum, perlite, salt, semiprecious gemstones, and mercury.

Ownership

New Nevada has ownership of just over 1 million acres of mineral rights and 250,000 acres of royalties across Northern Nevada. Several precious/base metal deposits are known to exist on or very near to New Nevada properties but much of New Nevada’s ownership has been under-explored in areas that are gaining interest at an exponential rate. New Nevada and its predecessors have accumulated exploration data on over 150 different locations across Northern Nevada near/on the checkerboard lands. As a pro-development company, New Nevada is actively pursuing outside parties to explore and locate mineral target potentials on its mineral asset by means of sales, leasing, and/or partnerships.
